Default lowercontroll arms vs tration bars

i'm new to vechicals with controll arms, i have seen some manfatires makes both tration bars and lower controll arms for the stangs. i figure tration/lift bars would hook up better then aftermarket controll arms. i know when i put tration bars on some of my other cars before they made a big diffrence but this is the frist vehical i have owend with controll arms that i was accutally worried about hooking up. i'm going to get upper control arms. and shocks i'm undiced yet but i'm not going drag suspion i'm probally going to get adustable set up, or some blistern shocks i keep on hearing people say good things about them. i have slicks for at the track so i'm not to worried about the strip just the street. thanks

the lowers make the biggest difference.

i like hpm (mega bite jr's), and that same exact design is the one offered by motorsport now.

they will all work, stay away from southside though. and don't bother w/ traction bars.
