the 6AL is used for better combustion. It fires 6 sparks compared to 1 spark in one rotation. Thats why its called a multi spark system. Its a great part to add to your car and IMO you should upgrade your coil to the MSD Blaster TFI coil so you have more spark

Not trying to steal the thread but do you know if you can set it at a specific number. For ex: if I wanted to set it at 6,200 or 6,700?

You will prob just have to shop around... almost any place that carries parts for mustangs will have them. Open up a MM&FF or 5.0 and take a look through there and compare prices. Thats what I would do.

Done that. There all over 350. Jegs, Summit, etc. I've tried looking into the mags as well but I don't have the $$$. The turbo kit kicked my a$$ money wise. Ha ha ha. But such is life right? Big fun cost big money.
