Ok so i just started putting together my new engine and i have a dilemma. the short block is a ford racing proformace piece that was casted and bought in 1994. SoOoOo i have a 1991 engine and im not sure which size inbalance i need for the 1994 short block, ie 28 or 50 oz? please help! BTW im just looking for a stock replacement balancer to get this project on the road.

 

what size CID? If it's a 5.0 w/ hydraulic roller, it should be 50oz. imbalance. I got one from 50resto.com (professional products) for $79 w/ the necessary spacer.
