ive been searching for the best heads to get for my 302, after searching around alot, ive decided on the afr 165s. being that you are going with the 347, maybe the 185s would provide you with the power you need.

twisted wedges are a bit cheaper, as are the edelbrocks, but ive heard too many good things about the afrs to pass them up. the people im ordering them from has them listed at 1283$ with free shipping

...is this a daily driver or a track car, how much power are you hoping for in the end¿

TFS twisted is a good way to go....
Port match them no deeper than 5/8" and you are ready to rip......

the twisted wedges wont last as long. the angle of the lifter is obtuse with the rocker arm causing more stress on the valetrain. ive seen them wipe out peoples valve guides very quickly.

I've been looking at the CHI 3V heads. Their 185cc heads flow 290 cfms. They also have 4V Cleveland-style heads.
