Default Vacume Dis. Tree

Alright now, under the hood on the drivers side, on the back wall there is a Vacume Distribution Tree with 5 hoses connected to it. Starting from the left the hoses are initialed: S, B/C, A/C, S/C, BB. I could guess what AC stands for but what about the rest? Main reason I am asking is becausethere is no hose connected to theB/Chole and want to know if thats how its supposed to be..

s/c for speed control (cruise) bb is brake booster, i don't know the other two but i'm pretty sure b/c goes to the back of the intake.

Anyone know if all 5 hoses are connected in there car or if any (mainly the B/C hose) are disconnected..

I dont remember where all the vacuum lines went on my 2.3 at the tree there but i dont have heat/air or cruise so i just went straight to the brake booster from the intake and it looks much cleaner.</P>


That may or may not be an option for you if you have all those things but if not i suggest it it really cleaned it up right there.So far i have one vacuum line going to the distributor from the carb,one going to valve cover from the carb,and one to the modulator on the C4 tranny looks real good.</P>

ell I have ac, I should have a heater but its not working atm hehe. and I should have cruise controle but doesn't work either.. not that I would ever use it though..
