In the process of converting 92 lx conv. from 2.3 to 5.0. I know I need to replace front and rear springs to accomidate 5.0. My question is - I was given a set of springs from a 2001 gt (brother-in-law decided to lower his ride a bit.), are these compatable with the fox body or do I need to get a set from a early 90s 5.0 mustang? any help is appriciated.

 

all 79-02 springs are interchangeable

 

alot of people don't swap the fronts...rears get changed out cause of rearend swap.
