what are your mods? I don't like dumps (sound like poo), but some people do, so you might wanna hear some before you go w/ that option.
As far as the pipes, unless you have a very high HP motor, you don't need 3" and it might even hurt your power. Go w/ headers, off road H/X, and your Flow's....

Go with shorty headers. 1 5/8". They are easier to install without clearance problems. 2.5 " all the way back is a good idea. X or H pipe is a matter of preferance in sound.
