Anyone from Mass. and is not running the smog (egr) on there motor? If so is there any issues with inspections? Are there any significant gains to be had by removing it? thanks

 

i live in massachusetts and i'm a licensed inspector in massachusetts as well...

leave it on until next year.

Sept. 2008 we are no longer tailpipe testing 95 and older vehicles.

 

is that only for mass or are surrounding states going to be doing this also...i live in connecticut and cant pass emissions b/c of tail pipe testing

 

well technicaly my car is smog legal but i run an off-road h-pipe

gunna have to figure the rest out on ur own
