so i'm driving my stang doing smooth shifts enjoying just how my prochamber sounds and howpeople turn their head and say look thats a well maintained 5.0 when suddenly a fcking bastard doesn't obey a stop sign and crash!!!!! there goes my whole front ripped off, [:@][:@]so he gets down of his F150 and tells me "you werespeeding" i was like doing 20mph! so i start yelling at him and i can't remember how many things i said but long story short he pay for damages = 1,000 bucks... Now i'll finally make my Cobra clone (no cobra emblems...) going for teal i LOOOVVE TEAL SNAKES[sm=drooldude.gif]uploading wreck pictures tomorrow, i'm also painting my interior to black! red sucks! IMO

i love it... (sorry about ur loss) but this guy runs the stops sign, hits the front of your car and proceeds to be the ignorant ***** he is and try to blame you for what happend.

im not necessarily a nice guy to people like this, especially after they just hit my car. i probably would have got arrested.

 

when i was 18 or 19 i was driving in the rain with my then 1988 ford taurus. i loved that car, it was so roomy. anyway, i stopped at a redlight and was minding my own business wheni looked in the rear view and saw a car coming in pretty fast. i basically just said "damn" and braced for impact. he slammed hard into the rear of my car, but i had my foot on the brakes just so i wouldn't go out into the intersection, although it pushed my about 15 ft. so i pulled over and so did he, and i called the cops. when the cop showed up i was just looking at the damage, which was my car was totalled and it pushed the fuel tank(full of gas) into the backseat. he was driving a 240sx. all of a sudden the cop came up to me and said "i know this doesn't make any sense, but i have to ask. He(the other guy) says that you're car was already like that. Do you have anything to say about that?" to which i replied with something like thats a bunch of bull. he says "i thought so". the other dude was this vietnamese guy that barely spoke any english. i sued him because he was pleading innocent and then he countersued me saying that i could have avoided this. WTF. yeah, let me floor it out into the intersection and cause a huge pileup just because this guy can't drive. needless to say, we both had the same insurance company, and they dicked me over...

 

I feel for ya! $1000 doesn't seam like too much if it wiped out the whole front end! Mine was fender, door, rim , tires and they said they where going to total it. I'm hopeing to hear this week what the insurance is going to do. Is it just because of what happen to us or does it seam like all of a sudden a lot of our cars are getting hit?

 

yeah I got hit about years ago in my 89 lx, some 80 year old man ran a red light, think he fell asleep, right in the drivers quarter and did like 4-5 360's. He got out and starting yelling at me. The police almost arrested him, anyway no witness so he said it was my fault and I didn't get anything

The plan for my notch was gonna be 93 Cobra teal, with the 2000R hood, Cobra grill and SVO/Cobra tail lights and Saleen body kit it would look nice I think. Just wish the insurance company would hurry up and let me know if i'm gonna finish it or start over!
