Just got back from the dyno
Over the last few weeks i have dumped a ton of parts in the car and just got back from the dyno. The car already had a vortech A trim at 5lbs, mac shorty headers, mac prochamber, custom catback, electric fan and a few other small things. Over the past2 monthsi added:
Tremec TKO600
centerforce DF clutch
8 rib pulley set up for vortech
C+L MAF
ford racing 42LB injectors
aeromotive adjustable FPR
trick flow track heat intake
trick flow 1.7 stud mount rockers
canfield 195CC heads
ARP head studs
custom ground cam from jay alan at camshaft innovations
accufab 75mm TB+spacer
autometer electronic fuel pressure, oil pressure and boost guages
Just got the car back from the tuner and everyone was VERY happy with the numbers. It made 450/460 on only 8lbs of boost and a VERY safe air/fuel all on the factory 70K mile shortblock. Sorry i dont have a scanner. He said he could have easily squeezed more power out of it butdidnt want to push it.The tuner was amazed at the numbers it put out and was very impressed with the canfield heads. I just figured i post up the results after all you guys gave me so much help during the build. Before i came to this site i never thought i would be doing all this stuff by myself. Just wanted to say thanks. And for those of you who haven't seen my car yet here are a couple pics.
