14's likely high 14's..car is mostly stock and street tires are not going to help all that much.

With unequal headers, stock drive shaft,no pullys and with other things you mentioned i used to run 14.1-14.3 all day. It was a full weight hatch with spare removed. Had stock susp. also and crappy street tires. Best mph was 95.8. You should be able to run low 14's no problem.

Yea i am runnin a moser full spool. But this is on my 89 with a 351 block. Some specs are in my sig. The other car i was talking about i sold. There are alot of weight reductions. I dont do too many, i like to keep car mostly stock. Some people remove rear seats.padding under carpet, bumpers but put bumber covers on,front sway bar. There is a big counter weight that is on top of diff. If you have after market gears you can get rid of it. They have weight reduction thread around i think, just do a search.

Suspension helps a LOT, power is useless if it can't be utilized. Good performance/power will require more extensive mods, heads/cam etc. maybe nitrous if you wanna go that route

Suspension is terribly important. You can have all the power in the world but with no way of getting it the asphalt it is useless. In time you should look into purchasing upper and lowers, sub-frame conn.,torque box reinforcements or if they are in good shape you can weld them along with your axle tubes, Rear end girdle if your makeing lots of horsepower to strenthgen the diff, list gos on and on.
goin fast is fun but EXPENSIVE. Jus remember it is an on going project that may take awhile, so just save and buy parts as you can afford them.
