Hello I jus bought a 5.0 92 Hatchback i really want to make lots of power what are my first mods

 

gears and exhaust get my vote.
throw on some nice shorty headers, hpipe, exhaust system, and get some 3.73's or 4.10's.
and you'll feel the difference.
then think about replacing heads...there the biggest downfall on our 5.0's
and if u do heads might as well get a new cam and intake too.
that'll get you close to 300 whp which is a pretty nice gain

 

I'm partial to longtube headers myself.

 

long tubes would make a little more power.
but since i have a sn95 i dont think about them because of how hard they are to install.
on a fox its easier...i dont know how much easier but its easier.
so its prolly more of a personal prefference.

 

Street, road course, orstrip? N/A or FI? 500+hp a lot or 300hp a lot? We can only help to a certain extent with "I want power"

 

Make up your mind kid, I have seen you post asking about a 95 GT, an 01 GT and now a 92 hatch. Do you actually have a car or are you just waisting peoples time.?

 

Its a hybrid. The exterior of a 92, interior of a 95, and the engine of an 01.

I dunno. What does he have? Thats alot of stangs and not know what to do with em.

 

he actullay has 3 stangs a 95 gt ,92 5.0 and a 01 gt, there not fast there all stock
