timing cover

Anybody ever changed there timing cover? I'm doing mine tommorow with now experience at it. What problems am i going to run into, or is there a secret way to do it with less headache.

so i can leave the all the metal hoses conected. sorry never really done any repairs other than basic stuff.

right on bro thanks, Am i going to run into other issues or problems or simple unbolting. Do i need to buy another gasket for the water pump it's brand new.

always replace gaskets
the only one I reused was my valvecover ones and thats because they are cork.

is there anything i should replace since everything will be off the front?

do you recommend a new chain and gears i have 132,000 miles on it?

most likely when you pull the cover off there should hardly be any play in the chain
