1990 5.0
I found a 1990 5.0 GT in the classifieds today. I went and looked at it and its a 5 speed, has good paint, the interior is good except for a tear in the drivers seat. It has 91000 miles and power everything. Its all stock as well which is bonus points for me. He wanted $3500 for it but Ive got him down to $3000. It definently needs back tires and a new windshield ( about a 2-3 inch crack in it). Other than those two things the car is very nice and shifts and drives great. Any thoughts on if I should buy it? My plan is to go buy it tomorrow so I need some input pretty quick if this is a good buy or not. Thanks for everyones help in my previous posts as well. I appreciate being able to get on here and have my questons answered.
If everything is as mechanically sound as you make it out to be, thats a nice deal. I got mine for $1500 w/ 113,000miles. I'm not sure if this applies to you, but I know in FL the insurance companies can get you a new windsheild for free. I say pick it up if its that nice and the only problems are the windshield, rear tires and the seat.
