Default H/C/I....

Probably getting wayyy ahead of myself, but how much would I be looking at to get Heads, Cam, and Intake for my car? I was looking up some priced on summit racing, it seems like the Heads are the real killer. How much do each one of these things cost (roughly, i know it can vary quite a bit depending on a lot of stuff).

heads normally run $1000 or more and add another $600 or more if you want to get them ported... cam $160 on ebay... intake around $400...

don't forget rockers etc... and this is an estimate it all depends on what heads you choose... AFR's run $1400...

Be prepared to spendwell over$2000 for a "good" set-up...

if you want to go the cheap way, u can go to either a junkyard or look on ebay for some gt-40 or gt-40pheads off of the explorers (cant remember which years)....u canget a pair of them for around $400 or you can buy them brand new for like $550...they flow a lot better than the stock heads and are fairly cheap....u could also take the intake off the explorer that is basically the same as the 93 cobra intake
