hi i have a 93 gt im looking to turn the entire interior black .. anyone here know of any places in nyc .. im having a hard time finding a good shop to do the work

 

do it yourself you lazy as$ j/k i´m painting mine, just wash every part with water and soap and then when theyre dry give'em a pass with alcohol and spray em i´ll post you pics tonight of how ´**** goes

 

i was thinking about it but i havent done much painting and ive also never removed a dash before .. just looking to have it done by experianced professionals

and btw, vinyl dye is great for the interior

 

do you guys recommend painting or dying the interior or will it fade or crack or chip ??? is it worth it ?

 

I did mine mysef, I had the seats done in two tone (Black Vinyl with silver inserts) and I used SEM vinyl dye to dye all of the peices inside black. Took about 7 cans of dye to do it, but in the end it was WELL worth it. I would never go back. Total interior cost was less than $700 and that included buying a few trim pieces here and there.
