Default Racing Suspension

Anybody know what a good spring rate is for an autocross fox body? Good brand? Does anyone know where to get the "wide body" kits for the 1986 gt.

Call these guys. Griggs Racing. They are the ones you goto for the good Road Racing parts. Most of their customer cars run up front at N.A.S.A. events.

Yep. What place you finish in is a direct relation to how big your wallet is. It is expensive, but race proven.
