I was wondering if anyone had a close estimate on how much hp could be put into a 351 block bored to 408 safely??

 

why is the name stock block if your asking about a 351? last time i check stock was a 302.

 

because i ment on a stock 351 block as compared to a forged one. I didnt ask for a smart a$$ remark just an answer. thanks

 

well you'll have to be little more specific on what "stock" block your refering to. what year are you asking about? they're different i hope you know. next time be slightly more specific to receive less smart azz comments.

because you can get stock blocks that are 351 moron you cant even make a 408 out of a 302 block

 

you need to chill bud. stock block is 302. and thats that.

351 in this car is aftermarket regardless if it "stock" in another car. and no **** you cant make a 408 out of 302. if your asking about hp safely in a 351. plz specify which 351 considering there are ALOT of different ones.

ok not a stock block a 351 block out of a truck. not forged just a normal 351 block
