For stock/mild apps the CAI won't do much except look pretty
Your car came with a Cold Air Intake already on it...but it needs a cheap mod first
Pull the resonator (plastic goofy air silencer thing) out of the fender and slap a K&N flat panel in the stock air box
It will be a little noisier up front with out the resonator, but you won't mind (it's not much really)

how much are the K&Ns for the stock intakes? Aren't they a cone shape filter?

For our Sn95's they are a cone shape.. In the Fox's they are flat panel filters.
