Default Clutch Problems

I was sitting in a traffic jam coming out of school today, and i felt and heard a snap from the clutch. I somehow got it home withought coming to a complete stop. It does not want to go into any gears when stopped. Ican getit to go into gear when im moving, but when im stoped it wont go into any gears. Whatsdo you think the problem is? Im having a mechanic look it over tonight. Didthe clutch cable snap?My clutchhas always been very stiff. This blows.

way to go! gimp that baby home. lol. agreed my friends turbo T bird had something similar happen to him and it was his fork that let go with a very distinct "snap" noise to it.

My clutch is most likley blown. I was told it is most likley not the cable or fork because the clutch feels normal when pushing it down. It wont go into any gear when the engine is running.
