I have a '94 GT Mustang and I've heard a pinging or rattle sounds under load and when I accelerate hard it doesn't have the power that it should. The motor revs and accelerates slowly when it should be throwing me back. Is it a fuel issue or some kind of sensor?

 

CHange your fuel filter lately? Sounds like you may be going lean. What is you timing at?
