Default Here we go!

So I bought this car for a DD, and was not going to mod it.....well......

In two weeks I pick up my fully forged 331 stroker and Trick Flow heads.. I am having a custom cam made for the stroker. I am probably going to use an Edelbrock RPM II intake because I do not like the Trick Flow on my 91. The car is going to be smog legal so the cam/tune will be moderate. I will be adding all the supporting mods, 24# inj. new MAF, TB, FPR, etc.

Before taking it to the track I will be purchasing Pro-stars all the way around and some E.T. Streets. What can I expect out of my little ol 94? Maybe throw out some H.P. numbers that it's capable of, and some 1/4 times?? Thanks.

Yes, it is a 302 block bored .030 over and stroked. No prob with being new, that's what we're here for. Any other questions??

Ok that's what I was thinking. High 11's. My 91 goes mid 12's with a stock 302, so I hope I can see 11's.

What about HP? I am thinking appx. 385hp 400tq... Anyone agree/disagree?

Alright cool.. I think that sounds about right too.. My next option is pistons. They are going to be forged, but I can't decide whether I want flat top 10.0:1 or dished 8.5:1.. This car is going to always be N/A (maybe a small shot of nitrous) so I don't see why I should get such low compression.. I think 10.0:1 would be about perfect for a street car on pump 91 octane gas.

if your going to stay N/A then definatly go with 10:1 compression, 8.5:1 is way to low for a n/a car
