Error code 444
I reckon, but at least 666 would tell that my car is demented. lol, anyhow thanks for the bump. Any other ideas?
To make sure I read it correct as well it went in this sequence (w/ engine on)
9 flashes (pause) 4 flashes (p) 4 flashes (p) 4 flashes (p) 9 flashes (p) 4 flashes (p) 4 flashes (p) 4 flashes (finish)
If I read this correct it comes out to code 444.

yeah, I keep looking on the net but each site tells me that error code 444 doesn't exist. could this be code 44 and im just reading it wrong?
Code 44 is
44 - Thermactor air system inoperative-right side
I'm not even sure what the thermactor air system is (IAC?)
Again, thanks for any input

ok, is this tube a vacuum tube? I'll go out and check it out. Also,

Could I be reading this wrong? could this mean im getting codes 94 and 44? instead of 444?
Code 94 = Transmission TCC circuit/solenoid problem - Transmissions
Code 44 = Thermactor air system inoperative-right side
Code 94 would make since b/c my tranny is shifting really hard and bogging down in the lower rpms. Not even sure what code 44 means, is this referring to the IAC?
Any info is appreciated, thanks!

it has to do with your thermactor system... just like code 44.
94: Thermactor air system fault: Secondary air Injection system inoperative (left side)
check your vac lines to the anti-backfire diverter valve in the smog pump line. I bet the valve itself, or the vac line, is broken

I removed all my smog stuff (lines, pump, etc..) would I still have the valve in place?

way to go!
youll pull thermactor codes all day long.. if you dont have it!

Ok, so then my car is going to pull these codes all the time. This obviously isn't the problem for my cars hestiations and stumbles into the lower rpms.
Since I've removed my smog pump should I proceed and remove my egr system as well?
My car runs fine, but it stumbles every once in awhile into the lower rpms when shifting or getting on the gas. I guess i'll go pull my intake and try to check all the vacuum lines (replaced most of em awhile back) and try to calibrate my new tps unit.
Again, thanks for the input guys
