That is your problem. Put some 26" tires on there, I bet you will pick up a few MPH and a couple tenths.

I agree thats one problem, but a couple tenths? Cuz with these monster tires, I spin like crazy off the line after one hell of a burnout and im still at a 2.0 60ft. It just feels like when second gear hits, Im done pulling..... I do the 1-d-1 shuffle, so im not shifting too early.... Also, could my upper plenum spacer be hurting me? Giving me good torque/bottom-end but killing my top-end?

Seems like with what little mods you have the time is not too far off.

I doubt the spacer is really even doing anything. The tires are the biggest problem....you get a alright 60' because of your stall, but once you leave, it is like you have a stock gear since your tires are so tall. Either put 4.10's in it(which still isn't enough to compensate for the tires...I would do it anyway) or put some some shorter tires on it.....I guarantee you will see improvements.

Gotta agree w/ 5.0stanger. You basically are stock, auto at that. 28" tires are way too tall for what you have. Hell, they were too tall for my car and it's pretty well modded.
