Default Hood Install ?

I just picked up a truefiber 3in cowl.I cant get the thing to latch correctly. The first latch will set down, but the latch where you use the hood switch wont.
Any ideas?
The car didnt come with a functional hood.

When I put my cervini's on, I had to raise the latching mechanism that is bolted on the front of the car. You'll probably have to do the same.

No drilling, did you loosen the mounting bolts?

You should be able to adjust it to even it out so that the gap is appx. the same on both sides.

Gap... higher or lower; adjust the rubber stops
Gap...wider or narrower; adjust the hinge at the hood
