i dont know how many of you feel about the 80s Mercury Capri's but i love that they look much like the mustangs but have the rare feel about them. anyway.

i found a 1985 capri with a cobra motor in it. the guy lives near me and is asking 2500 for it. 93k miles body is really mint, interior is trush though. new clutch and new T tops!

what do you guys thing? good buy?

 

Not to bad of a price, might see if he'll go down to 2k though.

well, doubt its a REAL cobra motor, just the cheap made-in-china intake

 

Im thinking its an '86 since its fuel injected and not a carb setup.
It looks good and $2500 is a good price if its clean.

mods, : cobra upper and lower intake,bbk cold air injection,73mm throttle body,accell ignition,stage 2 clutch and tranny. interior is there but really really worn and burgandy which ive always hated for interior color. it has rips. very little rust, everything you want to be solid is solid.
