Default Battery Relocation, Fans

Ok well, it's been a while since I did anything. But I just got finished with a battery relocation, and I'm going to be putting in some electric fans and getting rid of my flex fan of death(sharp, no shroud...) Here's some pics of my installation. I made a floorboard out of OSB because my spare tire is nonexistent and that little piece of balsa wood from the factory just wasnt cutting it. I still have to cut some slots in the carpet for the battery box, but everything else is good. If anyone has some questions on how or why you do this, or maybe something for the fans, just feel free to ask.

yeah, the board is 7/16, I went through about 7 fans in the junkyardtil I found 2 that I liked. The one on the left is from like a Buick LeSabre, pusher, and the right is a ford probe, puller. The buick one flows like crazy(i judged by the wind) All minivans pretty much and FWD cars have electric fans, just find some and hook them up to a battery to see how hard they blow. And what made you laugh albizo?

I'm gonna have them hooked up to a 180 thermostat, but I'm gonna have a manual switch. And yeah, it makes me nervous to even be near that fan with the motor running. I'm getting the thermostat setup from jegs for like 35 bucks I think, and I have a couple relays laying around so I dont need to buy one of the extra ones they make you buy for dual fans

I hope you haven't been driving with no shroud, and paint where the battery was after grinding the rust down and priming it

I was planning on painting and priming that, and yeah, it hasnt had a shroud since I got the car(may, only been driving for like a month), but it doesnt overheat or anything. So I have been driving w/o one, but like I said, I'm putting electric fans on to take care of several problems.

Well, I got my carpet cut so I can finally have a halfway normal looking trunk again lol. Here's some pics of the final installation.
