hey there im new to this site, i recently aquired a 1986 mustang gt , it has everything on it interior wise. the car is set up for a fuel injected moter, has 8.8 rearend with 3:73 gears. jam up car, baught the car with a 4 inch cowl hood and decent paint job, i mean i only came out of pocket 500.00. now heres my question, if its set up for ruel injection and i have a running 302 motor and manual trans setup out of a 93 gt, what are the limits of a motor rebuild. i guess i shout say how much can i do to the motor with the stock fuel injuection stuff.? heres what i would like to do, gt40 heads, roller rockers nice size roller cam, and pete jackson noisy gear drive, is this possible?

and with stock injectors u cant go too far engine wise.
bolt ons yes but i dunno if u can get away with swappin heads, cam, and im guessing an intake too.
altho with only gt40 stuff u should only have to go like 24lb injectors and maf so it wouldnt be too costly to upgrade the fuel
