Default CEL question

Anyone else ever run into this? I am getting a CEL every so often. If I turn the car off then back on it goes away, sometimes for 4 or 5 days, then I get it again. we tried to pull codes and nothing showed up.. Anyone else have something like this or have an idea what will cause this? tried to search.. but way to many results for cel's on here.. lol

I tried both and it is not reporting.. its the chepo ford code reader though (the 30 dollar autoparts store version)... and it may be a few days after trying to scan it before it shows up again..
