i used progressive rate road racing springs.... dare i say it "ebay" springs. it droped the front 2.2in, the rear 1.8in. During normal city driving, they ride ALOT better than stock, just enough give to make it comftorable and not like riding a buck board. But drive it agresivly and they shine, they have next to no body roll, and they hold onto the road VERY well. because of my drag shocks in the front i also have exellent weight transfer. It worked out to be a great middle ground between all out road racing, and all out drag racing. i like to acelerate hard, but i also love to carve the corners.

P.S. you WILL need C/C plates if droping 1.5 inches+ in the front, i didnt think i needed them at first but the shop could not quite get it into alighnment with the stock setup, and i noticed a big reduction in understear when i finally slapped on the plates to, the tires gripped like there supposed to.
