Also I think that "+1"'s should be allowed, because it just shows that more people agree with the advice and therefore should be a moreagreed thing to do.

I usually don't give a full 10 on most things but I did on this ... make sure that check is made out to............... j/k doing a fine job as far as I have seen. Don't see anything more to add.... unless that check is bigger.....
