anyone near jersey want to rebuild my rear. i will supply the tools. let me know. it wont be for a month i think. i just wasted $200 on a rear that didnt have a yoke on it and now its f***ed. i will need to get gears and master install kit. thanks

yea i know thats like an hour or more. let me know though. i have a new crush collar im gonna try that first. do you know what the proper torque on the pinion nut is?

haha sorry man, but i dont know jack **** about rear ends..but i know a guy who works at a Ford dealership, but loves mustangs and works on them out of his house (out of his garage, has a lift, all of that) he can do anything to a mustang, he'll be doing my h/c/i for me next summer

o nice. go figure i used to work at a ford dealership too. i guess i shoulda stayed. o n ur car looks really nice. i have a long time till im where ur at.

haha thanks man, i bought it with the exterior in great shape...hood was misaligned, was an impossible fix..it rubbed on the cowl, had to file the cowl down, and adjust the shaft of the hood pin so it looks pretty even now, had to re-ground the battery b/c previous enver did after re-loacting...it's been an adventure, got over 3k in repairs in her already, with about 2-2500 more to come...then the modding starts, i got a nice platform of mods to go with, but its just dollar after dollar...kidna tough for an 18 y/o college kid with a girlfriend and christmas and one year anniv coming up (god dammit...lol) haha

but yeah, good luck with yours, it's a satisfying feelnig when you build it up/ get it to the condition it should be in

and let me know if you want me to talk to the guy for you...i know he's always busy, but i can still check for you
