Default e-brake light and tail pipe

everytime i brake even decently hard my e-brake light comes on.on my 95 GTS...also early in the morning when its cold it will do this when i brake at all it seems....its been doing this for a little bit now but i havnt thought much into it because its only when im breaking and i dont really feel a difference when i brake...any idea whats happening? also ive chekced and made sure teh brake is all the way down many times...

also

my left tailpipe is lower and longer than my right tailpipe...is there any way to fix this without cutting anything and having to re weld things...im thinking about getting new tailpipes sometime right now i recently got flowmaster mufflers put on and am looking for tailpipes online but am having trouble finding just the tailpipe and nothing else...my tailpipes have been like this since i got it....the right one looks like its right so im almost certain the left one has the problem...id post a pic but i dont have a digital camera

Check your fluid in the master cylinder. I bet it's low. As for the t-pipe, you may have to man handle that one.

my left is lower and longer then my right as well, id much rather have them both low and long...keeps the black crap off my bumper. as for the brake light......top up your mastercylinder to the "MAX" line. have your brakes checked soon. pad life may be low.
