Default not sure what the problem is

i changed the oil on the stang last night, used 10w40 valvoline senthetic blend 5 quarts and a motorcraft filter, so i cranked the damn thing up and let it run for about maybe 5 minutes, when i first cranked it up it had probly 60 psi oil pressure, after a few minuits the oil pressure started to drop, not like it drasticly fell but slowly dropped went all the way down, motor was still running but runing a little rough and it got a lot louder almost like it was knocking but not quite that bad, it was like i could hear the lifters rods pistons and all working in the motor, abnormal (it normally per's) im just wondering what it could be, because i have no ****ing idea, and anny help will be greatly app.

Yes, it can. Car was ok until the oil change right? It's not the oil right? Try a filter. I have come across this before. It's not impossible and it's the cheapest/easiest thing to try. Unless it just by coincidence took a dump on you.
