i can already tell by the way your talking about your friend that his money is going to be best spent like so.
Gt40 upper and lower / cobra upper and lower *there basically the same thing*
gt40/gt40p heads *if you go gt40p you need new headers and plugs*
comp cam or i guess an anderson cam, or a custom cam from jay =D.
that right there would set you back say....upper and lower 250, heads 300, head work 150, cam 300, so far your only up to 1k, put the other thousand into supporting mods and suspension. Like throttle body, maf, shocks struts and springs. There ya go. 2k very well spent.
Expect to make around 260-300rwhp with that setup depending on the condition of stuffzorz. Gl hf.
