hey everybody. i got a new combo and i'd like to do a bit of bench racing. on motor with this combo on street tires i did 13.4 @ 107 with a 2.39 60ft. im currious what you think it should do on slicks powershifted both on motor and a 150 dry shot from NOS. thanks everybody and please be nice

1990 coupe ex 4cyl. car
dss pro bullet 306
AFM b-31 cam
AFR 185's w/ 58cc comes out to 10.5 to 1 compression with those pistons
TFS track heat intake
Bassani shorties and o/r x and summit race mufflers
3.55 gear, TKO 500
AFM power pipe with 95mm velocity maf
30# injectors, 75mm t.b.
elec. h2o pump only accessory is alternator
stock style rear suspension, coilover in front and manual rack
26" et drag's on draglites with skinnies

it will do a $hit load better in the 60' thats for sure.

You should be high 11's with that combo, need more suspension and axles

That 60' is freakin killing you. First time out with my 302 went 13.40's at like 105. Our vehicles prolly weigh about the same and the trap speeds are about the same, but you have more heads/cam/compression. Has it been tuned? I'd expect more trap speed out of your setup, unless you were shifting kinda easy to get 107mph. Definately more gear, and work on the launches to get those 60's down. And if it hasn't been tuned, get it done, cuz I think you've got some power left on the table somewhere.

i think it needs more gear too. either 3.73 or 4.10 what does everybody think??? car weighs 2,700 with out driver and no it has'nt been tuned for motor or n20. what more suspension would be recomended??? it gots uca's lca's and sfc's stock struts, 50/50 shocks

you should be able to hit high 12's with slicks and traction
