since u dindt say anything about the cam and with those heads and intake id guess around 350whp
with a cam, and better heads and a better intake you could make around 400whp
its all in the parts, and considering you'd only pay another 200 more for better heads, you could find a used holley or edelbrock intake for about 400 or so on ebay, and a nice cam for maybe 200ish. so its not much more than what you have planned already.

also if i were u id ditch the 331 and go 347. theres no difference at all other than the 347 has more cubes.
and more cubes=more power
