Are pro comp heads any good? They are imported from australia... what are they worth?

here are the specs:


Similar to Edelbrocks Victor Jr # 77179
Combustion chamber shape matchesthe borefor improvedflow.
HiFlow230cc Intake Runners
Large 80ccexhaust ports
64cc combustion chambers[/ul]
· Valve Angle rolled from 22 degrees to 20to reduce valve shrouding in the bore.

Machined to acceptup to1.635" valve springs
Seats Machined for 2.050"/1.600" valves
Valvecover rail raised .150" for more rocker to valve cover clearance
Exhaust ports raised .185" for improved exhaust flow
Spark plug location- Stock
5/8" Thick deck for extra gasket surface stability [/ul]
Materials:
·ALLOY - 356-AAluminum
·T-6 Heat Treated
·Flanged Bronze Valve Guides with .530" seal provisions
·Alloyed Hard Seats in bothintake & exhaust locations
Application:

Drilled for 1/2" head boltsto fit 351W blocks
Will also fit 289-302 blocks withhead bolt adapter bushings or conversion head bolts from ARP.[/ul]
Pro Comp cylinder heads are imported from Australia.

These heads are fully assembled with all new parts

2.050” stainless steel intake valves
1.600” stainless steel exhaust valves
Studs and guide plates
Dual hydraulic roller valve springs[/ul]

i have talk to a guy in lancaster oh that has them on his drag car and he loves them , his car is running 10.50's with them and yes i have seen the time slip i was going to buy the car but my son had to have surgery so i didn't get them

ahh they look like they are cheap... after you spend $ porting them you can get AFR or something better, I will keep looking

yeah after searching for it, everything on pro comp came back negative haha

Look them up on corral.net. They can cost you your motor and don't flow worth sh*t. There 210cnc version have to get up to 700 lift to flow like afr 165's on the intake side and still don't flow like them on the exhaust side.

Check out the new Patriot heads MMFF mag said they are good for only $895 complete, in there lastest magazine.
