i see no problem with a carb section being involved in with sd in fact it would be a great idea . i am sure there are alot of guys who have trouble tuning a carb and want to learn how to build good consistant hp with carburation. far as a bbf section i have seen a few fox rods with big blocks but not many , if there are some on here i haven't seen them yet , but not to say they are not equally as important as the rest of us there is alot of work in shoe horning a 460 or a 390 into a fox body .so by all means carb it up !i always liked working with carbs my self .
thanks for all the support guys. and for bbf stangs i know some of the classics have bbf's i was just talking about the fox body's i have seen a couple with bbf's but they all needed finished , i was actually just this summer looking at a 89 with a 390 hipo in it for 2k it was dropped in and all buttoned up it need wired and fuel system ran and other odds and ends , but my youngest boy had to have tubes put in his ears so that one passed by .
