Default speedo calibrations

okay on my mark vii (AOD tranny) i am running a 225/75/16 on the rear, as apposed to a 225/60/16 how much will they throw the speedo off?

i'm gettting ready to swap in 4.10's as apposed to the 3.08's. i know that will factor ALOT into the speedo... how much does a normal shop charge to calibrate a speedometer?
