Default Is it worth it?

I am looking at cars for my brother in law and came across this one.

1993 mustang gt pearl white with blue shade with 306 Inch, Aluminum Heads, Knife Edge Crank, GT40 Intake, 194-195 Valves, 65mm BBK Throttle Body, 30 Lb.Injectors, Headers, Never driven, just started.

The guy says it is a 12second car, what do you think? What kind HP should it be pushing? From the pics, the car looks clean what would you pay for it?

that kind of car in my area could probably get around depending on shape of car and if there were any thing else done to the car could probably get6-7000 for it need a pic to better tell u

30's are a little big just for that setup but u can tune that in better with an adjustable fpr. and leaves some room for a hit of nos

change the wing and tail lights and you got a nice car, id say its a good deal. looks like the engine bay was smoothed out and wires were hiden so thats a plus.
