Mine feels a lil sloppy and clunky. I probably just need to adjust it. I would still MUCH wrather the MGW. I will get one eventually.

you really dont like it? personally i likethe hurstmore than teh tri ax and pro5.0 shifter. i havent tried the MGW yet. i also heard from a friend of mine (hes kind of dumb though so i cant say 100% sure) that his B&M ripper has been f'n up his tranny. probly not credible.

 

haha, I love the look of my hurst, has that old school look to it, but it does seem kinda notchy and it's not that hard to miss 3rd. somtimes I'll go for 3rd and it'll hit a wall, almost like I'm missing the groove for 3rd, and it stops and I gotta pull back and try again. Annoying if you're racing.

 

weird....i know i cant just put the car in third, i have to go from second to third but i think its my tranny since its funked up. i cant shift quickly otherwise she grinds....now that is annoying when racing.

 

i was going to buy the pro 5.0from a sponser on the site for 180. how much is the MGW is it any better?

 

MGW ran me $188 with shipping everyone I talked to that had Pro 5.0 and went to the MGW was pleased with the MGW and also said it was quieter and that the throw was a little shorter, I was considering getting the Pro 5.0 but was convined to go with the MGW and im not looking back at all, this shifter is great
