i also got the xl full lengthpowder coated maximum motorsports .. cant say i really felt any differance but my car has low miles and was pretty tight already who knows .. heres a couple pics i have of them bolted on

RE: can someone recommend subframes?
i order the mustangs unlimited brand. They have the cross piece with them for the seat brace. They were like $35. Bare metal though, so you'll have to spray them down with that anti-rust paint.
