I also have a 3 tier Craftsman setup, mostly full of Craftsman tools and other really generic stuff. As a hobbiest, it suits me fine (except I need another duplicate set... Its packed full). I've always said if my tools were where my paychecks came from, I'd spend more money on them. And the day Craftsman stops taking their broken $#@ back is the day I stop buying their tools.

Nice boxes pros, the wannabe pro-wrench inside me is jealous.

yeah if you are a tech for a living you are gunna need a box like these. they also retain their value very well and can make back most of your money no matter how old it is as long as you maintained it. those craftsmen boxes dont last in the field they get wrecked so easily. my buddy that works int he bay next to me got a handicap van to bring in and the pedles were all backwards for this guy. he went to hit the break when really it was the gas cause of the switch and nailed his mack box same as mine and just dented it. if it were a craftsman it would have been destroyed

Congrats on the newbox. I have a cornwell 60 some " box with the top box, worst idea I ever had. Luckily I only owe about $1000 on it now.

86 5.0l I have no idea whats so special. Sure quality is definitly better but $6000 better, I don't think so. If I would of went with snap on on my box I would have paid $10000. Definitly a rip off. It did clean up the cluttter of the 4 cheap tool boxes I used to have in a row.

Any of you kids who knock a proffesional tool box are clueless....as techniciansour tools are our lively hood......so your only as good as the tools and equipment you work with.......what's so great about these thousands of dollar tool boxes!!! simple....they protect our investment...like adder said I could break into and steal all your tools in those tincans you call tool boxes..........nice box hackgt350!!!!! soon I will be getting a bigger box...mine is about full to the max!!! right now I have a two stage box about 5 feet wide and 6 foot tall... boxes are expensive but my tools in them are ay more!!!

thanks mjr46. its also really nice to have a place to put stuff like the RO on top of it and it keeps it from getting dirty i refuse to work on top of my box thats what the bench is for. my lap top sits on my box while i listen to music and look at tsb and other things i need from the ford repair site
