if its stock it has 2.73's, altho i think some of the cars came with 3.08's. i think that was only like 87-93 convertibles tho or something wierd like that.
ya when we changed mine..the guy helpin me (a chevy guy) was like damn...bet ur car felt slow...2.73s+Aode= the speed of smell lol..he couldnt beleive that they would ever do that..granted hes got a 88 monte carlo that he put a slightly bored 350 with new heads n whole bunch of goodies lol...but still...the point stands..whatevers in there stock feels slow...so upgrade lol!
To add to this question, what are all the specific partsneeded for replacing the stock gears? Does it come as a kit or individual parts? I'm in Germany and I know a good mechanic so I'm looking to replace the stock gears, I just need to buy the parts.
