hey guys!

I was wondering- are there any free modss you can do to our 5.0's? im a broke *** college kid, so i dont have a ton of money. plus I'm saving for a 5 lug/cobra brake conversion for now. So all the money i get goes for that.


anything?

timing, rip out the silencer... if ur stock... swap back to sd.

indeed, the girls might not like sitting on a milk crate, but removing the seats, loses alot of weight, along with spare tire, dash, door panels, etc

be creative if you want to go cheap.

Since you are a "a broke *** college kid" you might NOT want to advance the timing more than the stock 10 degrees. The Fox Mustangs, even 5.0s, were factory tuned to run on 87 octane gasoline. If you bump up the timing, you will have to start running at least 89, perhaps even 92/93.

Economy gas or a bit more performance? Your choice, but if I were a "broke *** college kind", I'd stay with 10 degrees and run 87 octane. Remember, running higher octane gas than your engine REQUIRES is a waste of money. It does NOTHING for your performance.
