why do u want to change the cam, it sounds like u havent reachwed the full potential of that cam with the spring problem are those the trickflow springs in there.

i removed the stock tw springs in for a set of anderson dual springs good for up to a .650 lift$140 bucks

They are the trickflow springs. It used to pull harder but with thesprings being borderline on being able to support the cam it's time for some new ones. I'm fairly happy with the cam. The reason for this post was for folks notto realize it's a big cam, we already know that! I'm wanting to get educated on cams and exactly how they work and what the numbers mean at certain durations. I just used my cam as an example and wanted someone with knowledge to critique it and tell me what all the different degree's and blah, blah mean, know what i mean lol. Everyone is familiar with totallift and duration @.050. I want to know what the rest of it means and if i have an efficient cam other than just the obvious numbers of total lift and duration.

Here are the spec's of my cam. I've had it for awhile and considering a change. I'm not knowledgable in understanding all the numbers and what they mean. All i know is lift and duration. I've seen alot of people on this forum that really seem to know their stuff and what everything means. 357,11.1 comp, Diamond Racing Pistons, HP Holley, Vic jr, 1.7 RR. The cam is a solid flat tappet.

CRITIQUE MY CAM PLEASE: Thanks.
