Default march underdrive pullies

so i ordered a set from summit a few years ago never getting around to put them on, and just recently got them powder coated to match the rest of the motor, put them on, and the water pump pully made contact with the crank balancer, and would not spin. i called march, they said it wasnt their problem, call summit. summit wouldnt take them back because they have a 2 year return policy. so i ordered a new set planing on swapping pullies and then send that back. got the new set, the same problem happened. called march back again, they still didnt want to help me, said it was summits problem. so by this time, i was thinking maybe my water pump was bad, and ordered a new one from summit. it still didnt fix the problem. so basically i blew $100 and im sol because of march's poor machining. not to mention they are total dicks [:@]
march sucks, i recomend bbk

i was hoping that if i ordered a new set, the new water pump pulley would be good, and i would switch that with the bad one and send them back for a full refund. lol but that didnt work, otherwise i wouldnt have gone back to march. but tommarow im taking the pulley to my buddy with a lathe, and we are going to try to modify it to work. if it doesnt, ill have to spend more cash and try the bbk set. ive always had good luck with them. btw, this is on a 94 gt motor.

the water pump underdrive pully will not spin when torqued properly, it makes direct contact with the stock harmonic balancer, or whatever the correct term is.

nah man. the car has never had any trouble with the pullies or belt. its all stock equipment. the march is supposed to "bolt on" to a stock motor. i mean, my crankshaft isnt bent, the harmonic balancer rotates true. 14 years of reliable performance from this motor. there is no reason it shouldnt work. the march pulley is just to big.
