supercharger labor

Default supercharger labor

i live in long island and was wondering what the average lobor cost was to install a vortech superchager kit the 8-10 psi kit including in tankfuel pump, fmu, and msd box

if it's all done neatly and correctly 15-20 hrs worth of work maybe less.....labor will depend on shop rate around here rates are slowly climbing closer to 100.00 an hour

I am moving (back) to L.I. next month! I heard Magic Mustang in Deer Park is real good.....I plan on dyno/tuning my car there when I get home.....

Where are you taking yours into?

Ya if youve got the time, do it yourself. Over 2000 for the supercharger and another who knows how much for labor than tune costs....Yikes.....Just installed mine myself, very easy.

Magic Mustang in deer park is veryy good I live on long island also about 40 mins from deer park. Superchargers are definetly a DIY thing, don't bother looking into paying some one else to do it especially vortech blowers. The hardest part is just drilling that little hole into your oil pan other then that it's all just bolting stuff on. Save that labor money to pay someone to tune it properly and make sure u get all the supporting mods for the supercharger like a bigger tb, etc.
