ok recently i put a 5.0 from a 95 gt and it had gt40 heads ported a big cam rollar rockers and a msd power coil and from some reason it wont stop spark knocking i guess that is what is doing no matter how mich i retard the timing or advance it and whenever i first start it up it idles good and as soon as i take off and stop a light or whatever it wont idle and dies and when i try to start it takes for ever or just wont start at all anyone know what to do?

yeah it on there right but i found the problem one of my fuel injector wires came un done so now for some reason it started spark knocking and got hot and blew the head gasket im having bad luck with this car so far and you know what kind of gaskets ill need it has the gt40 heads what kind of head gaskets will i need and alo its a 95 block and i have my original 89 intake what kind of intake gaskets will i need

My bad, sometimes i forget about doing so. Yeah i fixed that problem but now i have to tear it all apart.
